Our mission is the empowerment of women and girls through the message of the drum. We sponsor drumming workshops, concerts, and other events ~ mostly in the SF Bay Area. Our events give us an opportunity to get together to drum and dance, to learn new rhythms and approaches to music, and to make a place to enjoy the familiar. We have a lot of fun together. Most of our events are open to everyone, including children.

This group was created for anyone interested in meeting other Merengue, Salsa, Cha-cha-cha, Bachata dancers of all levels and connect with other hand percussionists / drummers, latin jazz lovers & Tropical Music Aficionados.
